Improve the management of relationships with key funders and other stakeholders more effectively, by providing a single central record that holds information on all University interactions.
We plan to deliver:
Work to gather researcher’s requirements for an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Align with wider work in the University that is already happening in this domain (eg the Research and Business Engagement CRM plan)
Integrate the CRM with other UOM systems, such as Pure and Oracle Financials when the plan allows.
Provide training for wider usage of the CRM system as required by developed plans.
