Next steps

We have worked to engage with research and Professional Services staff in preparing the business case and identifying requirements. However, we still need to ensure that we have captured and identified as many requirements as possible from all areas of the University.

In addition, we need to check that these planned activities align with the needs of your school and faculty research strategies and ensure that they are appropriately prioritised.

Similarly Professional Services input will be needed to help identify the most efficient approach to delivering these ongoing improvements.

Throughout May, June and July representatives of RLP will be attending school and faculty research and leadership team meetings to talk about these plans.

These sessions will be an ideal opportunity to give us feedback and direction about the programme. They will also be a space where you can:

• Agree we have all identified issues.
• Tell us what is most important to your school and faculty.
• Keep us informed of the changing landscape in which you are working in and competitor activity.
